Election compliance investigator Heather Honey appeared in Maricopa County court on Wednesday as a critical witness in the Keri Lake election fraud trial.
The detective testified that Runbeck, the company responsible for securing state elections, did not use vital election retrieval forms on Election Day as the law and procedure require.
Interestingly, records show that retrievers lawfully used retrieval forms in the days and weeks leading up to Election Day, adding conflict.
The case is still ongoing.
