In a strange twist of events Sara Bajc, the girlfriend of missing Malaysian Airlines flight 370 passenger Phillip Wood, told CNN in March 2014 that covert Malaysian and U.S. military forces were likely involved in a massive cover-up surrounding the aircraft’s disappearance the morning of March 8, 2014.
Astonishingly Bajc told CNN that flight 370 had been accompanied by military fighter aircraft and affirmed there were some witnesses.
“That plane was taken by somebody,” said the outspoken woman. “I think we need to have a better view into where that plane went and who has got it now.”
The grieving girlfriend said she is not moving on and feels her boyfriend and others are still alive. Further, Bajc pointed out that the consensus amongst family members also leans toward the plane still being intact somewhere, alluding to a militarized operation.
“I am sure that the military in Malaysia knew that plane was there and has tracked that plane in some way.,” she explained. “Now whether they were in control of it or not, we don’t know. Many people are saying that the United States is involved… but the general thinking across the families here and even non-families… believe this was a military operation of some sort.”
Shockingly, Bajc’s statements dovetail with information already reported by Intellihub, which, via GPS metadata, puts Phillip Wood in a holding cell at the U.S.-controlled military base Diego Garcia.
